She is Apo Whang Od, dubbed as the last tattoo artist of Kalinga. She is already 94 yrs old and still dedicated to her craft. Indeed,  the traditional way of getting inked in Kalinga is till preserved because of her. 

And if ever I get a tattoo, I want it to be done by her
